Sign-in details. If you register for an account we collect the email address you provide.

To reply to enquiries you send us.
To operate, secure and improve the website.
To meet our legal and regulatory obligations.

We rely on our legitimate interest in responding to you and running the site, and on your consent where you have given it.

Sharing your information

We do not sell your personal data. Where your enquiry concerns a specific property, you should contact the listing agent or developer directly — our contact form is not routed to them. We share data with our hosting and email providers only so far as they need it to deliver those services to us.

How long we keep it

Enquiry correspondence is kept for as long as needed to deal with your query and for a reasonable period afterwards for our records. Server logs are retained for a short period by our host.

Your rights

Under UK data protection law you have the right to access your data, to have it corrected or erased, to restrict or object to how we use it, and to data portability. To exercise any of these, email enquiries@svg-group.co.uk.
